I know of no other trainer that flies this well that can take this kind of abuse. (crashtesthobby com) The CTH Albatross 48" trainer is made from the lightest but toughest foams on the market. Broken thin foam planes are a thing of the past. Even the fuselage is EPP foam. This plane will level itself in flight without pilot input. A local club now uses the Albatross as their trainer and reports that "People can fly this plane."

  • I'm a novice flier with 2 days of flight time so in my novice ness I have flown the plane straight in to the ground at full throttle from high elevation, not to mention the power pole the wing collide with as then the plan tumbled to the ground. The only thing that ever broke is the prop. I want to get my own Albatross now.
