A prison revolution. 12 000 inmates were living under brutal and hopeless conditions. Kiran Bedi arrived at the scene and started a transformation of Tihar Central Jail nobody thought would be possible. Her goal is to change and transform muderers, drug addicts and even an Al Qaeda prisoner - to change violent minds into peacful ones. But can she succeed?     In the film itself, there is a lot of references to Gandhi. Kiran Bedi, the main person in the film, is using non-violent methods in the most violent parts of India to change and reform for the better.
