After an explosive therapy session, the sisters go on a retreat to resolve their issues, have fun and bond. All goes well until Toni spends a day by herself, upsetting the other sisters.

Get the fuck out of here..what the hell Traci looks good the way she is to me..She not even all that big..so what she has a little pudge..everybody cant be a size 5 or whatever..Im sure she knows her size but dont announce it

Some people missed that the exercise was about how to better your relationship with your sisters, so for Toni to say that SHE needed Traci to lose weight was a total insult. Then to go into detail, "your stomach poking out like that," was disrespectful & unnecessary. What upset me most is that she knew she was wrong: Tamar made eye contact with Toni. Trina made eye contact with Towanda, & Towanda with Tamar, but notice Toni looked at Dr. Sherry. They all have a total lack of respect for Traci.

I think Toni said that to Tracy because Tracy is always complaining that she doesn't get to sing with the other sisters but she doesn't fit the look of the other girls on stage so I think Toni was speaking from a boss' perspective. However, weight is a very touchy issue so there's no way to say something like that on a personal level and not hurt feelings.

That was a disgusting comment from Toni to Traci. Clearly Traci is very sensitive about her weight and Toni did not need to embarrass her like that :-(

What was interesting to me is that the other sisters got angry about Traci shutting down like she didn't have a right to be angry about that comment Toni made. Not everybody could be a size 2 and the others sisters had to keep their bodies in check because their jobs depended on it, I agree with Traci she's totally different

Love Toni but, why is Traci's weight stressing Toni out? Like she isn't even at an unhealthy weight. They were all talking about emotional issues and then Toni hits her with that?! Wow

Toni isn't right. . . we all knew Toni gained that weight during pulse. but what is wrong with traci's weight. she is making it seem like she's the same weight as a sumo wrestler. . why couldn't Toni say *we'll traci let's both go the gym so we can TONE our bodies* instead of she needs to lose 40 pounds wtf . . . look at how gorgeous their mother is and she's about the same size as traci

Also, the more I watch I realize that Toni doesnt give of herself as much as she says (not financial) but of herself. She often shows up late or doesnt show at all and if her sisters can cater to her than she should consider them more.

I understand that the therapy session was meant to allow open honesty but I don't understand how Toni "needing Tracy to lose 20-40 lbs" has anything to do with the sisters relationship. I could understand if Tracy was morbidly obese, resulting in numerous health problems. Her having a belly is COMPLETELY different. The other sisters seem naturally slender, so of course they make Tracy look larger than she actually is! Either way, I understand Tracy being hurt.

Traci made herself the outsider. Everyone else has made sacrifices and continue to do their best to do something in life. Traci sitting around waiting for somebody to do something for her. Everyone has ambitions to become something and thats alllllllll they talk about....

Towanda: wants to act but works for toni

Trina: Has her own group and trying to do her own solo pop ablum

Tamar: Her own solo album

Traci: waiting on the braxton ablum.

She decided to do hair but not dedicated to it.

@jimmyboyzable Do you want her to be honest or what? The others agreed they just didn't mention it. Tony is the one sensible person on this show and I am glad she is there. If she was not this show would be cancelled. Can you see Tamar the main reason for this show?it would have been cancelled after a week.

@CoolPhyaMusic I really think Traci have serious issues and need to see a Psychologist because she is still caught up with an issue from dang near 15 years ago. She needs to make her own way now and quit living in the past.

@fredcrockett07 I didn't like it either but I thought this was a therapy session to air our issues and they were all asked to voice their issues, maybe the others were not as brave to air the very thing Toni mentioned but do you want them to be honest or what?. As you can see Traci took that and think it was because of it why she is treated like an outsider.
