I bet the guy who made this video also eats beef every other night for dinner. Your too worried about a little shock A short shock of up to 8k volts are harmless, even for people. If you dont like the rodeo, dont go to it. Worry about more important animal abuse, like starving pets (commercails on tv just kill me) and something like horse slaughter.
