Bionic vs OPT 1, 6:12

Bionic challenged by OPT on a head-to-head WOD. This is the first challenge, then OPT will take his shot in return with his WOD. Stay tooned for "The Rookie vs Veteran Challenge"

Unfortunately camera was stopped and restarted by mistake. We did not realize the camera was not rolling until the second round. To be fair Bionic will re-record it if OPT does not accept this challenge due to user error of the camera. I will say it was an honest 6:12 though!

lol, thanks brother. also the deadlift/burpee WOD. We each actually had a 2/4 record between the both. he got me on the run and thruster wod. it was all a blast though....

Great stuff. I don't know if you're that good, but the tape looks as though it's in fast forward! Even when you are failing the reps are very quick.
