@videomoviez80 Doubt he ever full on sync'd, but all you hear in this video is the backing track for Deuce. You can tell because whenever you hear his actual voice live for this song, he emphasises the 'way' so it sounds like 'way-ee' whereas here you can hear him say 'wheey' which is what the backing track/recording says. (And I wrote far too much for this, sorry)
