I must have listened to a dozen covers of this song tonight and yours, Sir, is the first where I could hear in the last verse "... _won't_ carry me home."

Everybody else missed that and sang "gonna carry me home" just like every other chorus, despite the guy having no more flipping ticket and he's out thumbing a ride, for cryin' out loud. Good job!!

you ever see Gordie Johnson play? his guitar is literally at his ankles haha sounds pretty good to me. But ya I generally agree that higher will help.

I enjoyed the song, you did a good job playing it.

A little constructive criticism from one guitar player to another... not meant to insult.... you should try holding the guitar properly. Holding it down around your ankles is so 1986, and more importantly, it keeps you from being able to access the fretboard.

You'll become a much better guitar player if you ditch the "cool guitar pose" shtick.
