Color is one of the main items used in a desktop publishing or DTP layout. It is also one of the items that causes the most problems between graphic designers and printers. Especially due to the fact that the "talk" generally happens AFTER printing and not before. That is why preflighting is so important; especially with colours.

In this tutorial, Arnold Roosch goes over how to preflight check your colors. Which Ground Control rules to set-up for what and why in your production workflow. The technical checks are explained in detail and this video is for both the creator as well as the person whom outputs the file either to a PDF, a printer or to the Internet.
