Lol that cant be - it was the pagan (which was in one of the first 4 houses) in the level "blackmail" who killed truart xD - but allthough its a very nice fan made :)

Lol, the Trickster would never allow a simple old man to command him as some kind of a beastmaster. It's just a random pagan beast.

Remember in Thief 2, mission "Blackmail", Sheriff Truart was killed just before Garret reached his bedroom. I remember two guards talking about a "monster" similar to what we see in this cutscene. So now we know what killed him. Indeed, Trickster was dead long before, it couldn't have been him.
Wonderful cutscenes, nice story, like all the Thief series. Congratulations Dark Engineering Guild.

Ya but when this is taking place the trikster is long dead thanks to Garrett. So Garrett is at the point of breaking in to Truearts home and finding him dead.

Looked like a monkey whit horns and a tail of...well..anyway my opinion that is the trickster only the creators of the game changed his appierence.
