the amount of yeast prescribed in this recipe seems way out of proportion.
it amounts to about 3 1/2 tablespoons of yeast. are you positive it needs that amount?

Ok, thanks a lot again for the recipe, i really had a blast in germany last summer and i'd enjoyed the bread all the time!!!
