The Egg Dragon is an extra boss you can fight in Lufia II after you collect 8 Dragon eggs 4 times (if your like me and forget a du The Egg Dragon is an extra boss you can fight in Lufia II after you collect 8 Dragon eggs 4 times (if your like me and forget a dungeons existence it can be slightly tedious then finally remembering the Shrine of Vengeance underwater).

He is easily much harder than any of the final bosses and with exception of the Gold Dragons in the Ancient cave (and your usually bout level 70 when you face those) it's the hardest battle in the game.

Maxim and Guy have Dragon swords whilst Arty and Selan have Bunny swords. Both Guy and Maxim have 999 atack, thanks to power pots, and Maxim has near max HP with Maxed GUT (whatever that does).

Simple strategy here, cast Valor every round (though by this level Champion probably would've sufficed but with Selan and Arty's MP it doesn't matter) whilst Maxim boosts the attack power of him and Guy.

Bunny swords hit massive here. Though Arty's first hit says 9999 it's really more like 15k damage (Double whatever Selan hit is what he hit).

Because my characters have really high stats this match was easy. Just wanted to record the battle because I saw an Egg Dragon battle earlier today and I wanted to collect the Eggs for my Retry game (wanted to show getting the Egg ring/sword and other file already had it.)

Egg Ring gives you 999 stats in everything except Guts 199.

Egg Sword is pretty weak but it has the IP Scramble Egg which is pretty cool and with the Egg equipped its very effective I guess.

lol haha you can bveat this monster easy way lol why you dont try to give him some heal items like the first one that heal only 30 hp haha you will see what happen then hahagive him this and atack him only 1 time lol he will DIE

Pokemon was after Lufia, perhaps the creator of Pokemon even came on the idea by Lufia, who knows.

did you know if u heal the egg dragon with strong stronger or any kind of healing spell or item & then attack him once he dies in one hit? Just some advice for you RPG gamers i got 6 dragon eggs and im having trouble finding the last 2

with lvl 99 the egg dragon is easy,

more funny around lvl 60. I still remember hating the egg dragon for the confusing attack... made it hard healing the party...

first time beating this boss took me more than 30 minutes
