This is another song from my early folk days, where believe it or not, I used to strum this song madly, again Donovan was another massive hero and I suppose Britain's answer to Dylan, although the Esoteric nature for all their beauty never really matched Dylan's acidic perception. I remember singing this song in an early folk club in my home town of Bridgnorth, it was called the Moonraker Folk Club held in an upstairs bar next to the steam train railway station, my friend Andrew and I used to get drunk on Barley wines.... whatever happened to Barley wine.
