My Business Coaching Formula for Success

Oh formula for success is a good question. I have been using that formula, my formula for success for about 3 years now. It took 3 or 4 years to develop but what I've discovered is that there are three key areas that, if I can get a business owner working on it creates a great formula that in essence gives performance and results. And those three things are having the right mindset, if you times that by the knowledge and you then add some action then you get high performance and you get great results.

Just to give you a bit more information then about those three key areas, is that to be honest with you, we can have all the marketing strategies, we can have our business skills and understanding on how to do those things but if we don't have the right mindset in the first place, is never ever going to work. So, as a business coach I find that I spend as much time, if not more time, helping business owners overcome their limiting beliefs, their understanding or knowledge of what they can achieve and achieving on and getting the right mindset, as I do work in spreadsheet marketing and all the other things.

And then moving on to knowledge, of course we need to then to know what to do. And some of that comes from my experience as a business coach and from my corporate days and my corporate work. I also know as a coach that sometimes business owners don't want to be coached into learning the knowledge, so to speak. They just need to be told or they want to be told. So, it's just knowing when is appropriate just to give them the knowledge and then say just do it this way and it will work, and coaching out of them.

And then if we combine that with the last and most important factor, of course which is action, is to take action. And then that's give them the discipline and the accountability that having a business coach no different to a sports coach will achieve. And ultimately, if you got the mindset, the knowledge and the action it's going to deliver results for you. So, that's my formula for success.
