@trippsstar once you fill the bottle, you press the bottle of the liner in the bottle up from the bottom, you will see some air and maybe some milk come out, do this for a second and you should see it slightly collapse and its ready for feeding.

@ayaamaya Yeah they won't always be under your thumb and it might not always be like that. Most of the babies in my family WERE formula fed and none of us suffer allergies today, nor were we sickly babies. Also, my childhood best friend's mom was a big breastfeeding advocate. In fact, she was my first experience in seeing someone breastfeed. (I was about 7 years old.) Her daughter wasn't as smart as me in school. But we were both equally healthy.

@tygersflowerz it does matter. i have 7 kids. out of 7 the first 4 i was to young to understand or grasp the importance of breastfeeding, so i formula fed, needless to say my babies were sick all the time, my other 3 breast fed and no health problems really as far as virus or infections, As for fast food or processed foods in general my kids have been taught better than that. we eat organic,no hfc's,no artificials.worst fast food they eat is subway maybe once a month.

@ayaamaya Fifteen years from now, in high school, your breastfed child will probably be riding in the same car with his/her former formula fed friend down to McDonald's or Taco Bell for lunch.... a few times a week.
Does it matter at that point who got the breastmilk?
