haha! i can just imagine you crying while you jerk off to bands like limp bizkit and slipknot, i dont think that constitutes being a god of any form... why then did you waste your 'precious' time watching and leaving stupid comments on an ACTUAL GREAT PLAYER LIKE ADRAIN BELEW when 'you' could've been cry-wanking or stood at the mirror in your underpants watching yourself play air guitar to your favorite Bowling for Soup songs?

So much for those gear snobs that say you can't get good live tone from digital amps. Of course, Adrian could probably play a rubber band tied to a plastic pole and make it sound amazing.

@thefaker10 You do know who they are right? The two prodigy offspring of guitar great Earl Slick...Julie & Eric.

Yes! I see thin hair tops abound! But to go beyond -the-beyond in guitar style; one must play where they can!

Thx for posting this, tradestaff. I was at this show too, and watching all the bluehairs skedaddle out of the theater during the first few songs was hilarious, then the rest of us could get down to some awesome music and musicianship! After the show Adrian even came out for a quick hello to the fans, and he autographed our tickets and gave away a few of his guitar picks! Thanks again for the memory!

@thefaker10 who cares when they got chops to burn

that's NOT Tal Wilkenfeld on bass .. it's Julie Slick & her brother Eric on drums from Philadelphia .... amazing musicians! (and of course Adrian Belew is the greatest!)

Velmi dobré !!!

Love the description!

@thefaker10 Billy Cobham and Stanley Clarke seem to be the biz as regards rhythm...or lead...backing. No idea why I even said that. The cat usually drags me to bed...I have a feeling that dirty little tramp has itchy lips, so I'll shut all the windows

@thefaker10 Apparently those are Tal and Eric Wilkenfeld. Tal is a bit of a prodigy and a rising star, touring with Jeff Beck and all sorts of other fusion greats.

Eric and Julie Slick. Brother and sister, they would have been around 20 years old here, Eric may be 19. Both stand-out graduates of the Paul Green School of Rock in Philly. Julie Realesed her first solo CD this year, and is an engineer and producer as well as bassist. Adrian was visiting Paul 's school as a guest and was introduced to the Slicks. They played City of Tiny Lites together there and he enlisted them for the Trio right away.
This drummer and bassist look like they're in high school. Just an observation.
