Many business owners, franchisors and franchisees, are surprised to discover that they actually lose money when they acquire a customer. That's because they don't keep their customers (or franchisees). The value of a customer comes with longevity! But the emphasis in most businesses is on "market share" and getting more customers. Why get them if you're only going to lose them?
