Great recipe! One thing about the music you use though -- it sounds very 70s-80s, or like it's from an overplayed infomercial. It kind of detracts from the awesomeness of your recipes hahaha. Love you guys just the same! Thanks again =]

the pan was to hot and caused the butter to burn. use olive oil instead, it will make it healthier and wont burn which will give it a weird taste.

try mixing the rub with bread crums and dipping the chicken in egg and then in the mix. it is really good.

use olive oil instead of that butter. The Cajun chicken is healthy but the butter made it fat and not good for health!
