@ginjaninja1988 Do you know why Dostler was reall executed? Because the bastard murdered Italians civilains by the thousands. Dostler was a hard core Nazi and a war criminal let alone he murdered 15 Americans without a trial another Geneva violation. He had a good execution and did not suffer and thats no where near as bad as his war crimes in Italy and other Nazi occupied nations.

You are blinded by your stupidity if you cant see that this man did nothing ilegal and that those Americans were not innocent. They had the intention of using disguises behind enemy lines just like the the germans did. Both sides shot such soldiers as spies without trial but only the germans were punished for it despite being legal. Stop being a moron, the war wasnt black and white and not every german was a nazi.

@LottoWinner999 Infact the example I use is at the end of this video. Those Germans being shot are being shot as spies caught behind US lines. Yet General Dostler did exactly the same thing and was somehow guilty of a crime? This is not justice but cold hearted revenge.

@LottoWinner999 The fact remains that it is legally perimisable during war to shoot enemy spies. General Dostler did not break any laws in shooting the American Commandos caught behind German lines while out of uniform. They were spies. The Americans did the same; for example in the Battle of the Bulge SS Commandos were dropped behind US lines dressed as US Military Police to confuse retreating US forces. They were captured and shot without trial as spies. The shooting of Dostler was not justice
