@strictly6racing just wanted to add that running an automatic trans there is no break in power between shifts. I run an aod trans in most of my performance vehicles.

Built the intake myself along with the full instalation of everything. I had around $1800 in the blower setup including pump, maf, and injectors.

@postingstuff500 First off, what's so funny? A stock 4r70w tranny from a 98+ 3.8 mustang can handle 500hp in bone stock form! Add a full manual valvebody and they can handle 600+hp. And to answer your question, no it is not an automatic. It has a hammer shift knob designed to be used with an auto or manual tranny. Hope I didn't come off sounding to rude here, just saying...
