Petticoats are usually pretty puffy...O-o; You don't really have to wear alot of them to get that kind of poof. Trust me, I've seen skirts waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay poofier than that with only one petticoat. xD It's crazy-cool!
