Florida personal injury lawyer Bob Dellecker talks about a family in need waiting for a multimillion dollar policy payout that a life insurance company refuses to pay.

Unfortunately, Florida law is not very favorable on the client's side as far as life insurance payouts. These laws allow for post-claims underwriting, which means they can attack the policy and the medical questionnaire after death. Florida also allows incontestability which means benefits can be no longer denied after two years, however if someone dies within 2 years of signing a policy the benefit is denied.

We dealt with an interesting case of a family man who owned a business who was actually murdered. He had multiple policies taken out for him during the 2 year period. His family was in serious need with his debts still not paid and the life insurance company denying the claim. We helped the family fight the insurance company and get the money owed to them so that they can move on. Watch the video now to learn more.
