I saw The Taqwacores movie & loved it! Punk-rockers and fans of counterculture will like it more than religious folks will. It's a movie that deals with real-life ideals and issues with a healthy dose of punk-rock snot. I grew up listening to Bad Religion, The Misfits, The Clash, NOFX, Pennywise, & so many more, and was brought up in a totally secular household. It's a movie that makes you think. It really blew my mind to know that Taqwacore is real too. It's original, it's punk, and very cool.

@Alex yesi know nothing about punk rock but i do know enough about Islam to figure out how messed up this taqwa core bit is...read your comment u just made an attack on me being too naive in terms of punk rock and me being dumb...u failed to provide any solid facts about how punk rock and islam ride the same bus.........had ur cause been least logical you would'nt have to stoop to personal attacks to satisfy yourself :)....cheers
