@goblinbot123 He lifts reners left leg with his right leg at the same time he traps reners right arm so he cant post up for base when the ryron does the sweep. It is important to know when to lift the leg! the only thing you do is falling down on your left shoulder and at the same time you lift his left leg with your right leg! If the teqhnique is correctley applied then the opponent will be unable to stop this sweep! I know that several gracies has this sweep as there favorites.
