Police take down man on kissena blvd. in Queens, ny 107th precinct

i do not know all the details...this happened about 2 blocks away from 107th precinct station in queens.
date: 8/15/2009 4:45pm .
a family member was repeatedly telling the cops that he cant understand what they were telling him. they payed no attention to him.
i asked very politely what were the circumstances that led to his detainment
and i got no answer from the arrogant officer who shrugged off my question like he didn't hear it.

LISTEN EVERYBODY: Google "use of force spectrum" and the definition of "resisting arrest". Educate yourself. IF YOU RESIST ARREST it is the right of these officers to FORCE COMPLIANCE! If our officers couldnt force compliance, itd be physically impossible to bring in lawbreakers.
