Bufotenin is secreted in the toads skin and its DMT can be ingested through licking/sucking it out of the toads skin. The toad also secretes MAOI's that cause DMT to last very long... only when taken orally. It is not a myth.

I don't know about in Ireland. In the US it's legal to buy, sell, possess the toad, but extracting the venom is illegal because, um... well no good reason actually.
