@SourceCode2006 Yes, of course there aren't any laws but when a welfare law creates a severe moral hazard, which then leads to the near evisceration of the black family, something is wrong.
And here come the white liberals with yet more "solutions" to the plight of the black community...in the process denigarting any black who disagrees with the lethal conventional beliefs until now unchallenged.
