You probably lost A LOT of muscle tissue, BTW you would have better results if you lifted BEFORE you did cardio not after.

80 Minutes of cardio a day wtf if you really want to lose fat fast do some H.I.I.T it only takes 20 minutes and you lose 9x more fat than normal cardio! It also preserves your muscle because long durations of cardio starts to eat away at your muscles!

It will all so give you super endurance as well.I went from running 2 miles to running 10 miles.

I think the Tren Extreme gave me the stamina to do 80 minutes on the elliptical every day.Thank's for the comment
