Terry Wilson, Casey Moore of We Are Change Brantford, and Dr Paul Connett of the fluoride action network, speaking at a town hall meeting about water fluoridation.
@Veikra If you can, check out and invest in "Pink Himalayan salt" it contains approx. 85 minerals - one of the healthiest investments you can make to your diet. It only takes a "pinch" a day. You can't compare this to table salt which is truly poison. This is vital to good health..... check it out ! A little goes a very long way. I too am looking at my own home distiller - being self sufficient is key but it's always good to know of other suppliers (grocery stores, etc)!
@Veikra I feel as you do, and have chosen "distilled water" as my drinking water of choice. Although it is void of everything, it also draws out toxins/heavy metals from the body. This is recommended as the "detox" water. As long as you have a healthy diet, lots of plant based minerals, etc. you will thrive. I have been using distilled for 4/5 years - always with fresh lemon. As long as I can eliminate fluoride - I'm happy... as fluoride killed my thyroid gland.
I was so lucky to see Dr. Paul Connett speak at York University last October 2010.... What an amazing man. He's done the research, he presents his case and there is absolutely no denying that water fluoridation is a forced, non approved / non essential, *medication* which, in the end, is causing far more harm than good. The Fluoride History is very Bizarre and it boils down to "industry and politics" 0h- and money. Let's get the "F" out of our water ! Great post !
End flurodation. I think the topical versus systemic and margin of safety are key. This info really needs to be spread.

@UMakeTheConnection I'm about to switch to distilled water as well. I'll probably distill it myself as I don't trust noone.
As you said, as long as I get my minerals elsewhere it's fine

f****** fluroride. It's everywhere and why should we get medicated without any proof we need the medication in the first place.
and when you buy bottled water there's also fluoride in them, so you can't choose not to drink it
