Check out my videos, as of Feb 6 2010 I am the first sim pilot to document this being landed on an aicraft carrier. I have recreated the cockpit from a 1963 photo-real panel too! it took me 5 tries but I got it back on deck and taped the trap!

As to how I got a NATOPS manual, I flew them, and was in two disestablishing squadrons (RVAH-9, then RVAH-12).

How did you manage to get your hands on the NATOPS manual for the Viggie??

Sorry, you might be right. I have a NATOPs manual for the RA-5C, and it doesn't mention Bullpup. The pilot's Weapons Control Panel does support selection of "O/S" (over the shoulder), Loft, Man, and B/N. Wish I had the Weapons supplement.

The Viggie had the wiring for the bullpup A2G missile? I thought that it wasn't able to carry any weapons. I remember reading about the hardpoints under the wings but never read anything about carrying the Bullpup.

Not entirely true that the vigi could not carry weapons. Bullpup wiring was retained, and the wings had hardpoints. But yes, they certainly didn't carry any weapons in the 75-79 timeframe.

I like the clip. However, whoever created this mod did not research the Vigilante at all. The RA-5C Vigilante could not and did not carry any weapons. The Viggie was strictly a recon plane.
