Time to get all Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious for this next Disney comparison video as this video has me comparing the 1994 Masterpiece Collection VHS, the 2000 Gold Classic Collection VHS, and the 2004 40th Anniversary Edition DVD of Mary Poppins. Of course, I am also doing this in lieu of a Disney VHS Update (Which was originally going be my next video after I did my comparison video of The Sword in the Stone) because my friend Phatdaddyfortin was not able to make it to my house yesterday afternoon so there won't be a Disney VHS Update video just yet (There will be one eventually as soon as Phatdaddyfortin is able to make it to my house which will likely be next Friday, August 27, 2010). Likewise, I also briefly sing parts of "I Love To Laugh", "Chim-Chim Cher-ee", "The Life I Lead", and "A Spoonful of Sugar" as well just to make this video even more fun and entertaining as well. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my comparison video of 3 different versions of Mary Poppins and my next video will be a comparison of 2 different versions of The Jungle Book.

Songs used in this video:
"Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" (First chorus) - Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke, Music and Lyrics by Richard Sherman and Robert Sherman (Mary Poppins)

  • really like the introduction music. Mary poppins is my all time favorite disney movie. The magic, the music and the animation is dazzling and so beautiful. I have all of those. The 45th anniversary isn't that good. It just has 4 new special features. The 40th is the one to go with.

  • Surprise

  • But Martin, What About Your Disney VHS Update for August 20, 2010?

  • Excellent.

  • @IICaRLoII Yeah, I know/

  • @computerzrul1997 BTW, the 2004 DVD is actually the 3rd DVD release because there was also a 1998 DVD release which superfunforeveryone has.

  • The 1994 VHS was printed 5 days after my birthday.
