Iyaz Akhtar takes a look at the Klipsch Light Speaker, which allows you to stream your music over the 2.4GHz band to the speaker, which connects to a normal light socket. • I think this belongs to the weird non-selling category of CES products..next please!

But seriously..its a pretty cool idea.

  • do u use a SD card?

  • @carolinasled Nevermind You control the light from the receiver aswell.

  • Its a cool Idea, I will admit. How about if you wanted to hear while sitting in dark. Then the socket wouldnt have power right?

  • Albert Rip-off

  • jjajajaj stupid invention. Next i hope to see mp3 player blenders for about 1,000 dlls next CES 2011 !

  • It is selling for $600, while it should be no more than $80.

  • This is stupid. So basically it's a lightbulb, that also happens to be a speaker...not exactly ground-breaking is it....

  • its a really cool device but that price pretty much tells me i'm not getting one
