  • i like how your changing things up but do you know what muscle your working out? do you have planned out schedule? because if you dont, this will lead to overuse of muscles and injury, you will also lose your muscles when overworking out. this is all good if you know what body part each exercise targets and give sufficient amount of rest to your muscles, each exricse seems like it targets many muscles since the movement is so complex, thats why weights are much simpler and effective but cool vid

  • @Body4Life21 LOL of course i know the muscles im using. I do splits and only work each muscle group one time per week so there is maximum time to recover as well as continuous muscle and strength gains. The vid was a compilation of exercises not a specific workout routine. I switched off the weights by replacing specific exercises with bodyweight movements that hit specific muscle aimed at hitting, for more functional strength training and progression toward harder variations.

  • Fazio. Are you using PVC for those sliding pullups? Awesome workout out man.

  • @ideaman99 heyyy! ya man just pvc pieces over my bar.  I do wide to narrow slides and narrow to wide slides on the pullups. Try it out if you got a setup it would work on. :D
