A 10 min. tutorial on how to make some DELICIOUS teriyaki chicken!

Health tips:
-THOROUGHLY wash the chicken cutlets.
-Cut the fat off of the chicken. Be careful!
-Use Pam, not oil or butter.
-THOROUGHLY cook the chicken. Make sure that there is no pink or gray meat in the middle before eating. A trick to measure this is to make a slice on top of the chicken while it's in the pan. Spread open the slice and look inside to see the color of the meat.
-Choose a healthy side, such as a vegetable or fruit!

  • Thats looks really good. Heres a tip: Instead of just puting the chicken into the sauce, you should take a cooking brush and brush the chicken with it. It coats more evenly.
