they have other troops,politicians,etc... who report to him about the situation on a ground and in the Iraqi Parliament. and we dont buy Iraqi oil dude! we buy our oil from Canada,Saudi Arabia,Mexico,and Venezuela!
and yeah suicide attacks will still happen,but you cannot win a war by using suicide bombing alone!

LOL "the russians lost hundreds of tanks there"....yeah that was the 80's dude,and were not russians! the problem there was that the russians had a bunch of steel armored shit tanks! The only way that any Iraqi or Afghan insurgents could destroy a NATO tank,would be if they plant a fucking aircraft bomb near one! otherwise the NATO tanks could take in RPG's all day long!

...yeah, more troops were sent months ago because of the surge! no additional troops are bieng sent,actually the surge forces are slowly re-deploying out of country!
and the resistance in afghanistan isnt too heavy.
