I'm constantly being harassed by these kids in this internet cafe.

These kids threw spit balls at me. Harassing me making it inpossible to use the computer. Told clerk he refuses to do anything. It is racial discrimination because I"m not chinese. It is the New World internet cafe on Eldredge Street between Hester, and Canal. They also refuse to enforce no Smoking rules.
