Ways to Die: Laura Bow 2

All the ways to die in Laura Bow II: The Dagger of Amon Ra.

I wasn't going to do this one but I finally found out how to get Laura Bow 2 to work on DOSBox. Unfortunately, even though I mounted the CDROM drive into the system, it still won't read the voices so you'll just have to endure reading the words.

On a side note, I didn't add in the death where you wait outside the speakeasy for too long only because it's exactly the same as the death you get from giving your press pass to the door man, except you don't get his little comment about not wanting you there.

As always, I'm not ENTEIRELY sure I got every last death, so if there's one you KNOW is there let me know.

at 0:30, what causes him to appear? does he just do that if the game is unwinnable? (not played this)
