i feel like this generation is lacking in the music department..i mean look at whitney! shes awesome live just her the mic n the music..its not extravegant like a gaga concert, or club beat tempo like a kesha concert..but damn her voice alone is just..PURE MUSIC. to my ears. no one can sing like this with power, range and control..how i wish i grew up in whitneys era..

@felisberto2 I think you need a bit of perspective. I believe that even Rihanna would say she is not as talented as Whitney Houston. Granted Whitney is not at her prime any more but still has a better voice a stage presence. Whitney is not a young persons performer so no, she can not be compared to a scantily clad younger woman singing tunes about clubbing, dancefloors and promiscuity. Show some respect for Whitney, or be quiet.

Whoever posted that Rihanna is better than Whitney Houston was in her heyday needs a reality check. You cannot put a red wig on and sing about suicide and call that superior talent. Whitney sold out stadiums with her voice alone.
