informative video - good work. I like reviewing photography gear on my channel too.

filters soften your images. the highest quality filters minimize this but you will be paying a pretty penny for them. These are things you have probably learned since releasing this video but I find it necessary to post this simple truth whenever I encounter this oversight.

@quickshooter100 & @jerryhcooke BURN!! He got you there Nikon Fanboy!! I shoot with a D3, but like with girls, I am not faithful to one brand. The D3 is just a tool that is getting me the images but once it starts failing me i am jumping to a better camera. =)

what's the standard kit bag you use called? which crumpler model is it?
The max film speed on a 50d is iso 12,800, not 22,000 as mentioned on your video.

had a play of the 50d !!! can safely say id not be swapping my d300 4 it!!!! also found in raw the colour cast is pretty strong!! sorry to say but nikon are way ahead of the game at the moment!! espesh with the glass quality!!!

On the opposite side of the table though, Nikon can't take any credit for sensor quality, since Sony make the CMOS chips they use, as far as I know, whereas Canon developed their own sensors and were the pioneers of CMOS technology!

You're making a gross generalization there - as with any line, there is the top of a range and the bottom and the lens I was referring too costs more than some L lenses and is equal in glass quality when compared to similar L series lenses. I'm not just saying that in my own personal opinion mind you, I'm quoting many trusted sites like dpreview.
