Thank you for this electrical recording. Does anyone knows, I have album called "The Greatest Years of Maria Callas Live", there is Nabucco with the same cast, but year is 1951 , I cannot find info about this one

you should've included the recitative that precedes this aria...without a doubt, the best part is the end of the recit, right before the aria begins...callas performs a SEAMLESS two-octave drop that sends chills down my spine everytime i hear it.
