Its chlorine dioxide. First you should probably go check the protocols and the recommend dosages @ www.JimHumble.biz. This is how the mixture works you use a 1/5 ratio mix of sodium chlorite (water purifier) and citric acid solution (solution is 1/9 mix. 1 part citric acid powder and 9 parts water) or unfiltered vinegar, fresh lemon or lime juice. So that means one drop of sodium chlorite for every 5 drops of citric acid solution. Mix it together....wait 3 minutes then add 4-8 ounces of water and drink up. You can buy a bottle that will last you a year for on average 20 bucks.
