Putin: Xenophobia and nationalism are Russian time bombs

Security during election periods and terrorism prevention for Sochi's 2014 Olympics have been singled out as areas of special attention for Russian police by Vladimir Putin. At a meeting with top Interior Ministry officials the Russian President also urged the police to improve crime detection rates.

The real title of this video should be "belligerent nationalism and xenophobia are Russian time bombs". Pure nationalism does not endorse a group of criminals stabbing minorities or "foreign-looking" persons after a sports team loses a match in some international tournament.

@nikk209 You are more than welcome to go to Somalia. They would welcome extremist. Diversity has been going on for thousands of yrs. it's just that Europe is now finally experiencing it. It's called paranoia!! Quite surprising, Russians should be used to this since they have been conquered by Mongols and Rus themselves have taken over Russia from indigenous over 1,000 yrs ago. Russians should go back to Scandinavia where they belong and give Russia back to Central Asians.

So, there is no such thing as ethnic identity of a nation now. So if all of russia became black, I guess they are now russians. What a load of crap. I don't see any of this going on in all of the dark nations. I don't hear about "Where's the diversity" in Samalia. It's funny how this diversity bulls*it is only going on in white nations.
