Great advice. The only thing a disagree with is that you don't specify that the meal after your run should be composed of simple carbs and not too much proteien. A good baseline is a third of the carbs you used in your training session. The reason for this is because your body directs most of your blood to your muscles for up to 45min after exercise, the digestive system is still underactive and can't process too much and too complex foods such as proteien. A good example is banana's and yoghurt

My problem is that I run first thing in the morning. I'm asleep two hours before I run.
