This is from the Deluxe Pack

I'm waking up so fast
To see myself staring back at me
I laugh and ask about
What was this dream I had

What am I trying to hide
Let's hear the secret that you keep
I've been misunderstood
Until it all came to me

It's out there
The state of blinded grace
It keeps us waiting at the door

Where is it
The pantoms liberty
It's hiding all that we know

We're pushing back the time
To breathe it in with a staffled grin
I know I must admit
Some things must go this way

What am I trying to hide
Let's hear the secret that you keep
I've been misunderstood
Until it all came to me

  • this is the great thing about weiland, he makes records for us fans as for him, he don't cares if it will on the radio he cares about the good melodies and is amazingly evident how he dedicated time to it, fucking great album!

  • This track is So Freakin Cool. I Need to get this album

  • Scott Weiland is quite the singer with a range that is on its own level. This is such a well composed song, and on a whole different level from the original..

  • @Jaytee1o4

That's Paloalto, not Radiohead. It was released on their 2000 album.

  • The radiohead version is better in my opinion but I love Scott

  • radiohead never play this song

    ¬¬

  • love it

  • The Spice girls had hits....Get your own opinions boy.

Just got the delux version when i travelled from the UK to the US. This song is bloody amazing. Prefere the second cd with the likes of this and man i didnt know. I for one dont give a shit that non of scott weilands work will be a "hit"...as long as i love its all good. Got to agree with you AICHead..song makes me warm and fuzzy inside too :)

  • dude THom is not suppose to be compared to Scott....thats like saying his almost as good as Scott which is far from being true!

  • really?

so i guess i must have heard of the radiohead cover because it sounds a lot like thom yorke is singing it.

so paloalto's vocalist doesn't sound like thom at all?
