the reason christianity surpassed all the other religions is because they killed any and everybody who didnt believe in that non-sense.

that wasn't until Constantine in 350AD. Vocabs point is how do you explain the rapid growth of Christianity before then? when the reward for being a christian was trails & persecution.

It is easiest to show, to a higher degree of certainty that the bible is nonsense. Test the bible by giving a passage from the bible to 10 theologians and having them write down their interpretation. The interpretations will vary greatly and some will even contradict others.

Christianity in a nutshell:God decides to redeem mankind, to save them from his eternal damnation.To do so, he will send his son to be sacrifice to HIMSELF,in atonement for the sins committed against HIMSELF. He chooses a people to help him do it. He makes sure that they know of his plan by sending prophets, But if they know he is the Messiah, they will not kill him, and his plan will be spoiled. So he makes the prophecies murky. His scheme works. What a divine script.Praise be to god.

@urbanevangelism Even if true, so what? As was pointed out by the atheist, Mormonism rapidly grew and Mormons always play the persecution card. There is no evidence to support a belief in Christianity. That many others believe, or that the belief system grew rapidly, is not good evidence.

@shanondor so the only purpose in your life come from religion? You don't find happiness in love, humor, and family? Purpose is determined by the individual but it usually involves satisfying certain basic needs (and more complex needs once the basic ones are met). You happen to find purpose in religion and your world view is filtered through that perspective.
