  • @DKSE09 Regardless, if you wanna grow muscle you should eat well and take 3-5 days of rest for each muscle group. This guy is a bodybuilder, and you dont get body builder results unless conditions are optimal, ask any fukken body. When we are done we should sell this stupidity as a book called "the neverending pseudodiscussion". This is the last reply im gonna put on this one. Have a good one.

  • @UndoubteblyT This guy had 10 years. And like he said he started off small and worked his way up. While the meals in prison are poor quality they are well balanced enough to keep them healthy. Some prisons even allow inmates to order whey protein with their inmate accounts of the canteen.

  • @DKSE09 I study bioscience at university. My specialty is plants, so im not gonna act like an expert on human somatic cellular adaptation mechanisms. What i will talk about is that plants are the most adaptive organisms on earth second to bacteria and vira (vira lacking transcriptional factors excludes em as such but for the knucklesheads) From this is know: You will grow mass from stimula every day and bad nutrient avail. but with VERY limited results. He is not limited results. See?

  • @UndoubteblyT Your body will adapt through feedback at the receptor level. Less protein and vitamins will be bad for your body for a while but in time your body will change functioning at the cellular level to more efficiently utilize the amount nutrients it gets. And overstraining will not get you big quick but if you do it all day every day results will definitely come.

  • @DKSE09 i get it now. Overstraining your muscles and having pisspoor diet (malnourished) will bring results, being stressed and depressed (which is extremely common in jail) probably helps your body recover too.....Sorry for my ignorance. I think i will try not eating and not training at all. My theory is that i will adapt to using the resources in the air and recuperate indeffinately and become bigger than Jay Cutler. Thanks for sharing your logic mate. I will post my transformation lol

  • @UndoubteblyT Your about as smart as a scarecrow. Even if you over strain your muscles doing that kind of work over the course of several years will definitely bring results. Plus most prisoners aren't getting laid or whacking it(cell mates wouldn't like that) so they have extra reserves of testosterone and dopamine. They also have poor diets so their bodies have to adapt by utilizing every bit of nutrition they can get.

  • one day one muscle group plus 4 to 5 good meals maby 6. Now im at 195 lbs with 16,8 inch arms . For example Pushups and dipps on one day the next day pullups curls then legs and abs... make sure that u dont train one musclegroup more than once a week and results are a promis look at all the ghettoworkout videos on youtube theese guys workout 24/7 and the results speak for themselves

  • Fuckin bullshit. U can defenatly get big through hours of training every day as long as u care about rest and intesity. I started working out 5 years ago with a regular routine and a bb diet plan and after 2 years i went from 14 inch arms to 14,8 inches. I was fuckin mad because the results were shit and then my uncle who went to prison for 3 years told me about his prison workout. U start of with only pushups as many as u can for one day and the next day pull ups all day as many as u can etc
