Stumbled upon your channel via replying to a comment, couldn't help but notice this video.. I have no knowledge of any cameras, but I am going on a trip to Italy next summer for 3 weeks and I plan on buying an affordable, but decent high quality camera to take with me on my trip.. This camera looks nice but I just googled it and it's like 700 bucks.. That may sound "not to expensive" to you but the most I can get right now is 200-400$ Any tips?

@XTen1000DaysX by not too expensive i meant for a high quality reflex camera. if you are looking for a point and shoot you can get great cameras in the price range your looking at, but reflex cameras are always more expensive. what kind would you be looking for? i also have a review of a shockproof waterproof camera from Lumix if you are interested in that kind.

@XTen1000DaysX check out the cannon sx40hs its got a great zoom and great pics and its around 430 bucks hope that helped!!!!!!!!!!

Is it better then Sony NEX 5? I know NEX line is new gen of DSLR cameras, but anything I can do with D3100 I can do it to with Sony NEX 5?

Have a look at the nikon 50mm f1.4 its realy cheap and its realy sharp ..Note that this is a prime lens so no zoom (witch i prefer cuz it makes you think alot more about the shoots before you take them)

@lamarfamar i would get a lens with a broader zoom range. you can not take normal pictures with the lens. only zoomed pictures
