i tested this phone at the verizon store to call my mother who has a very soft voice and i heard her very well and clearly and she could hear me great as well. so far i like everything about this phone :)

This phone is the only phone that I know that breaks into a million little pieces when you slam it against the wall. :) Have a good day.
