I think this question and answer session demonstrates the lack of political finesse on the part of Kerr. He insinuates that one of our "experienced" legislators needs to go and that it should be Damron instead of Buford. Buford has been the consistently less effective legislator in comparison to Damron's impeccable record. Kerr is an ideologue and fits into the mold of the Republican challenger to Damron since at least 2004. Ambitious, yet lacking a clear plan to justify upsetting Damron.
