Berkeley Overmind Sparky the Wonder Drone

The Overmind always sends out a scouting drone, who we affectionately call Sparky. In addition to scouting the enemy base, Sparky will harass enemy workers, kite them around if they fight back, and sometimes, if the mood strikes, execute a gas steal.
