Here is very rare footage of Nick Barker ex.Dimmu Borgir. This vid is from 2003 show.

For all drummers we longed this close shoot, we haven't seen his drumming by real close camera.

  • The DRUM-GOD. People, you can even hear how good he was with Monolith, almost 20 years ago.. The man f*cking ruled back then! Afterwards... Midas touch... the man turned everything into gold. Cradle of Filth: the most creative drum work ever! Cradle went down after barker left... And I'm not even saying Erlandsson was bad... But this guy had an unique style, dynamic and creative...and fast...then with dimmu borgir, even faster. I'd give up my left nut to have this dude recordin ONE demo with me

  • With all the respect to Nick Barker, the guy that made the video was looking so funny creepeng here and there and under the drum chair :)) Just imagine Nick's face finding the guy's head stretching up from under his chair! :D

But... stop laughing, the video is great!

  • his hairy calves are metal enough, I must say

  • Uncle Fester?

  • Didn't know that "VERY RARE" stuff were on officials DVD XD.

  • Second to Adrian? No way man... I understand the "mechanical" comment, but that is a tendency most drummers gain with time - the search for perfection often does that. But there's no comparison between Barker's "Cradle years" and "post-Cradle years". Listen carefully to Cradles work between 94 and 96, and you'll see there's a huge amount of passion in his drumming. Huge.

  • I stood next this guy at a Testament concert watching the support

band when he was drumming for Testament that night.I was way

to scared to say to hello,it was like standing next to 'METAL ROYALTY'.
